Surrendering a Dog
Before a decision is made to give up your pet, it may be possible that we can offer medical assistance as well as other alternatives to surrendering your dog. Please contact us directly at 812-988-4656 and ask to speak with Kenny Shuck or complete the Medical Assistance Form to apply for medical financial aid

We offer kindness, compassion and understanding to owners who make the heart wrenching decision to relinquish a pet(s) and we provide a warm welcome to the animals entrusted into our care.”
Please complete the Pet Owner Relinquish Application. We will do our very best to work with you; however, Clancy’s Dream may decline to accept an animal-based on a medical issue that may ultimately result in death or social issues that may make a dog unadoptable. These are two reasons that may lead to a denial and we must discuss each dog on a case-by-case basis before accepting a dog. Our goal is to find a safe environment and healthy home for all Border Collies in our care.
